We’re nice and friendly at Starry Eyes Designs - if there’s anything you’re not happy about regarding your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do everything we possibly can to rectify the problem!
As far as returns are concerned, if you buy something and decide it’s not for you, just email us. As long as the item is in exactly the same condition as when it was sent out to you, you will receive a refund minus a small fee to cover Paypal credit card transactions (currently 3.4%).
Any items you wish to return, please notify us first by clicking here so that we know to expect it. Ideally, please return items within 30 days of the date of their purchase. Again, just email us if this doesn’t give you enough time.
In the case of commissioned embroideries, it is essential that you get exactly what you want! Therefore, please ensure that you consult with Martyne to ensure the design fully meets your requirements before it is produced.
